Description

This painting started life as an abstract pattern. I then decided to paint over it with the churning green sea as a semi-abstract ‘seascape’. Its latest incarnation is includes a tiger, strange plants, flowers and a small flying figure as part of my strange gatherings series of paintings with (sometimes) surreal themes, tangled nature and animals. You can see the history of this painting in the raised paint layers when seen in detail.

Size: 25.5 x 30.5 x 3.5 cm original painting. Chunky canvas, with painted green sides, ready to hang as is or can also be framed.
